Even if I include the card of *CONTROL_ADAPTIVE in my input deck, the blank is not adapted. How can I fix this problem?

The most common mistake is that the parameter ADPOPT (the seventh parameter in the card of *PART) has not been turned on (ADPOPT=1). Other possible reasons include

a) Too large an adaptive frequency

b) Too large an adaptive criterion – angle change.
