When I use FEA, I don’t know how big the mesh size should be. Would you please tell me what is the proper mesh size?

For the blank, there should be at least four to six elements to cover a 90-degree radii region. A coarse mesh will result in poor predictions of stress and strain. Accurate stress distributions in the sheet are important both in plane and in the through thickness distribution of the sheet for a accurate springback prediction.
